This bag will make approximately 25 cups of tea. Contains 1oz of tea, by weight.
Steep 1tsp/ 8oz just boiled water for 8-12 minutes. This is a loose leaf tea blend, you will need a tea ball, reusable tea bag, coffee filter, etc.
Ingredients: chamomile, peppermint, stinging nettle, yarrow leaf and flowers, echinacea leaf and flower, and mullein leaf
